I was there for overall car inspection and spoke to Martin. He explained everything in detail and provided very comprehensive report.

Fremont auto center provided services on estimate that I personally thought was priced closed to dealership. They also included a quote for follow on work at $600 (part and service). I did have the part; however, they would not accept customer purchased parts as a part of their overall service guarantee. I think this is a ruse over quality to increase customer quotes. I went to another highly rated shop in Fremont that gladly accepted the service request and did it for $60 in less than 45 minutes. Needless to say who will earn my future business.

The technician is friendly and shared the details on the parts that need repair with approval/decline online. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Exceptional service, staff, and overall experience! This service center has a built in webpage that shows all the maintenance / options for service your car needs once its inspected, and you can review each one (with pictures) by clicking on an easy to use link / webpage. Definitely a huge step in making car repairs more transparent and easy to understand. The team is also extremely responsive via call / text and lets you choose your choice of contact, ie: call or text. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!
