I must say, I was very disappointed with the service I received. The rates were incredibly expensive, and after agreeing to fix some of the issues identified in my car, I ended up paying over $3000. To make matters worse, when I received my car back after a long wait and multiple follow-ups, I noticed a strong gas smell while driving, which was not present before. When I brought this to your attention, I was informed of another issue that would cost an additional $900 to fix. I found it very frustrating, as it seemed clear that some other part had been damaged during the initial repairs. I chose not to pay the extra amount and took my car to another service center, where they identified that some parts had not been fixed correctly, causing the gas smell. They were able to quickly and efficiently resolve the issue for a fraction of the cost. I wanted to share this experience with you in the hopes that it can serve as constructive feedback for improvement. I believe there is room for improvement in the efficiency and accuracy of your services.
