Excellent service. Fremont Auto Center communicated the repair status very clearly and sent daily updates on the progress. My vehicle wouldn't start at all when I brought it in. They explained the different possibilities and did a thorough troubleshooting and quickly identified the problem. I won't hesitate to bring my vehicle back to them again.

I brought my Disability Van because the check engine light came on. After Sal looked at my engine extensively. Sal said my engine had a ticking sound along with other issues. Sal and his colleagues are extremely knowledgeable and professional in their service. I got my 2012 BMW 328i serviced yesterday and I particularly liked how they did a complete checkup for my vehicle and recommended a step by step plan to get the service done. I like how they explained everything to me. The systems they use to document the service and communicate the status and invoices is excellent.
