Worth the five stars review. They did their best to do what was best for the customer. During the process, Sal even looked up for dealer's warranty that could cover the fix I needed. Excellent service as always! A++

I have come to expect the level of care and service that Sal and his team provides. They try their best to do what is in the best interest of the customer. During the whole process they provided pictures as well as their suggestions of what to do. They were very transparent and were amicable with I wanted to get done right then and there and what to could be put on hold. I am very satisfied with their work.

Sal and Fremont Auto Center gave new life to my 18-year old Honda Civic. From a noisy oldie to a serviceable daily commuter, the amount of patience and care Sal had for this car was extraordinary. He diagnosed the issues and made expert recommendations and repairs that translated into new fresh new life for this car. At times, he made repairs and changes at no charge, a testament to how much he cares for the cars and his customers. His work does not come cheap, but his work provides results. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust and Sal is one guy you can count on not to upsell or oversell you. I highly recommend Fremont Auto Center for your car's needs.

Thanks to Sal and Martin for fixing my Boxster! I brought it in with a non-functioning top and for an 80k mile service. They took care of it in just about a day and were awesome and friendly all the way.

Generally very responsive to my requests for service and does a very good work. Very helpful in describing the issues and repairs needed.

I paid a premium for his services. He wouldn’t budge at all for discounts. Other mechanics offered even small discounts. Had to wait 2 weeks. Waiting 2 weeks put me at disadvantage because felt waited so long. Left bad taste, I thought it would be higher level quality service. Just at most average, nothing special. Paying premium, I had higher expectations perhaps car wash or vacuum. He couldn’t troubleshoot another problem because didn’t have a $4k tool. I regret not leaving after failing my negotiation because there are so many mechanics in the area.
