I want to thank you for your work and how well you have informed me of what was being done step by step and what was necessary for my vehicle to be back in good working condition. The staff here went above and beyond. I took my car in for an apparent shaking and rattling. My issues were taken care of and I was given more information regarding issues I had not previously known about. Sal and Martin both explained what repairs I should look at servicing soon, more than I asked for.

I was looking for a auto repair shop locally to fixed my alternator and battery issue on my Honda Pilot. Sal and Martin were great, easy to talk to and diagnosed what the issue was, then fixed it. Easy to make a appointment online or over the phone. They keep me updated on the status. Everything was promised on time .

They don’t try and get you to repair thing’s unnecessarily. For example, I took my VW Touareg for what I thought was dying transmission. They told me it’s most likely engine mounts that’s causing my problem instead of the transmission.

I always have a great experience at Fremont Auto Center. I have always valued the honesty in the analysis they give on whats an immediate attention line item vs what is good to have but doesn't need to be changed / repaired immediately. I also now like the pick up your car after office hours convenience where lock box with codes have been set up. I only wish the access and finding the shop would be easier but looks like the shop at the front of the street on Mowry parks their cars in such a way that Fremont Auto Center’s access road is almost hidden to the customers who want to bring in their cars
