We took our VW to Fremont Auto Center as it was part of the CarMax service network and I expected them to have experience with European cars. The service was great, everything was explained & options were provided, they were friendly but remained professional, and I would recommend them for any service or repairs. I also liked that the appointment could be scheduled online and several reminders were sent prior. Overall very good service & experience.

We came here due to dealership pricing. The staff was very friendly and detailed in what was needing to be repaired. They sent us pictures and once the rotors were replaced they took the time to show us the damage in person which we really appreciated. We feel they are honest in their pricing and in diagnosing. Will be going to Fremont Auto Center from now on! Thanks again!
