Had an appointment and had mentioned that the car has an issue with the vibration at the highway speeds that need to be checked out. The request was acknowledged and was told, we will drive out to find it out. At other shops, I have seen that the mechanic would take the car on the freeway to get a pulse on such a problem. Sal took it to a small neighborhood street next to the shop and on a less than quarter mile stretch he accelerated to get to 60 miles and also sustain that speed it to diagnose. I did not feel it was the right place or way to diagnose it. Larger and wider street route 238 was right next to the shop and a more appropriate place to test it out. Later I was told I'd have to leave the car so they can put it up on the jack and inspect it. I had clearly mentioned I am coming from distance and was not informed that I should plan for a backup to get back home. They may be great mechanics, just that my experience wasn't optimal as a first timer.
