I had just purchased a used vehicle and I could tell something about it didn’t feel quite right. I don’t know much about cars so I didn’t know if I should bring it in. Eventually the car required an oil change so I brought it in to Fremont Auto Center. They inspected the car and sent me an extremely detailed review of any issues they found (along with pictures). I also received a call and each issue was explained to me in a delightfully understandable way. My options were explained and I decided to have my control arms replaced, my transmission oil cleaned, my brake fluid replaced, and my wipers replaced. In less than 24 hours my car was ready for pick up. Once again, the repairs and changes were explained to me. The difference in my car’s driving quality was stark and my creaky used vehicle finally felt great to drive! Fremont Auto Center is incredibly professional, informative, and helpful and I’d absolutely recommend them.

I have come to expect the level of care and service that Sal and his team provides. They try their best to do what is in the best interest of the customer. During the whole process they provided pictures as well as their suggestions of what to do. They were very transparent and were amicable with I wanted to get done right then and there and what to could be put on hold. I am very satisfied with their work.

Sal and Fremont Auto Center gave new life to my 18-year old Honda Civic. From a noisy oldie to a serviceable daily commuter, the amount of patience and care Sal had for this car was extraordinary. He diagnosed the issues and made expert recommendations and repairs that translated into new fresh new life for this car. At times, he made repairs and changes at no charge, a testament to how much he cares for the cars and his customers. His work does not come cheap, but his work provides results.
