I took my car in to Fremont Auto Center because I had previously made the mistake of bringing it to a certain car dealership to get my Toyota serviced. The experience at the car dealership was horrible so I had some doubts in my mind whether any work was actually done on my car there. Specifically I was concerned about the cabin air filter being dirty and the wheel being misaligned, both issues which i was charged for at the other dealership. But Sal identified that the cabin air filter was very dirty and the wheel algihnment was indeed off, plus he discovered several other issues with my car that the other dealership did not identify. Sal is a really nice guy and very helpful. He took the time to explain things to me in detail. A couple weeks after I got my car back from Sal, I went back to his shop with some questions. Again he was kind and patient enough to anwer all my questions in great detail. He checked my windshield wipers dispenser without getting into my car and got himself wet, but he didn't mind. I felt bad for him though. He even offered to clean the inside of my dirty car windshield. Great guy! Highly recommended!
