Fremont Auto Center took my car on short notice for a routine service and completed the job on the same day it went in. Ever feel trapped when a dealer just sits in your car for a week when they promised 2 day service? That’s not going to happen at Fremont Auto Center. I liked that they listed out things that needed to be fixed separate from those that need to be watched. Other shops might tend towards lumping it all in as must fix now, but these guys are straight up honest with you. When I picked up my car, they had a box of replaced parts which I almost never get at other places. I could see for myself why those parts had to be replaced. Then we discussed monitoring for other potential problems to see if we would need a follow up. I would recommend this place for not only routine service but also for diagnostics of problems that most other shops just don’t have the skills for.

I'm very pleased with the service that I received. I came to Sal seeking help with a problem that the previous shop had not yet been able to diagnose. I appreciated the appointment time that was dedicated to my vehicle. My time was deemed important. My car is fixed and now running well and I'm very happy about that.

Sal does a great job and try to get you’re vehicle back to you ASAP, thought my car was going to take a couple days to get back and was surprised to hear from him the same day I brought it in, him and his team are great.

Sal is most honest mechanic, bar none. He also knows his craft of course, and always makes sure my car is well-taken care of.

Great Service and attention to detail. Sal and his team have grown his business steadily over the past year and its clear why. He is an excellent master mechanic with Mercedes certification. He's diagnosed and fixed some of the most humbling problems a car can have. Any mechanic can read error codes, but when the computer spits out 30 or more codes, its experience, knowledge and patience that separates the great mechanics from the others. Sal and team are great to work with, very transparent with what your issues are and what its going to cost. Now, my car has had some tricky issues, so he's had to keep for a few days, but that extra care and attention means the car gets fixed correctly and I don't need to bring it back Now my honda is acting up with a heater / ac temp control issue and I will certainly take it to him to sort out why it isn't working properly. And, on top of this, his prices are very reasonable - far cheaper than going to the dealer AND you get personal service and can talk to the guy who worked on your car. That way you really understand what was wrong, why and how he fixed it. No 'upselling' of unneeded additional services of suspect value from your 'service advisor'.

These guys are great! I brought my Audi to two different shops, one had me change my turbo which wasn’t the problem. Sent it to these guys, and they figured out what the real problem was!

Good service. Fast and reasonable prices.

Met the owner Sal for the first time, services was excellent except waiting area is Cold. Perhaps a coffee machine install at the waiting area would be nice since the repair shop is far from any shopping area. One of the great point is they are willing to drop/pick up after car is at their shop. Total area is very clean, mechanics are very polite. After tires got put on, they even hand tight the screw—attention to details for sure. Sal is very kind to a customer inquiring pricing: he notice the customer’s real tire pressure is low, offer to check all four tires. I thought that was a super nice touch.

Sal is the nicest guy in the city of Fremont.
