Just went there for the first time for battery issue on my Mazda and got a great impression that the owner takes pride in his shop and takes good care of his customers. Very personable and professional customer service indeed!

I went to Fremont Auto Center for regular check-up and oil change. Sal was really welcoming and helpful. They use email/phone notifications and their use of tech is advanced - I could see online what needs to be changed and fixed.

I went in for a simple oil change. It was the first time I have ever paid to have someone else change my oil rather than doing it myself, so I don't have much of a reference point, but the service was efficient and friendly. I appreciate how easy it was to book online and the general paperless approach.
