Fremont Auto Repair

After taking my car to another place and being cheated, finding this place is like blessing. I know nothing about car repair but I bring my car regularly for services. I just want to find a place that I can trust and they will repair my car correctly and honestly. Sal and his team are very professional, and honest with me. They showed me what were the problems with my car. They pointed out the parts and check everything for me. They work efficiently and gave me all detail report. I feel like I found my car a physician. I definitely will come back and I highly recommend this place.

I came here to get a second opinion on some repairs a dealership said I needed soon. They did an inspection and informed me that while there was some normal wear and tear, it did not necessitate a replacement as suggested. I am due for an oil change shortly and they will recheck the part once again to be sure. I really liked the detailed report they gave me letting me know what was inspected and the current status of each component. I've never seen that at another service center and think that's fantastic. Will be a regular customer from now on, thanks! DK

Sal provided excellent customer service in providing a tow company (Cowboy Towing) when I asked if he offered a tow service, in getting my vehicle in quickly to diagnose the problem and in getting a new battery delivered and installed quickly to get me back on the road. Overall it was a good experience.

Service is now significantly costly than last time. For example, labor of BMW oil change increased from $11 to $31 which is 200% increase - too much !!

Everything was great except took too long because parts weren't delivered as promised. Sal said he would order the parts an extra day earlier in the future so he can complete the work on time

Sal and his team are very personable and helpful. Sal thoroughly explained everything. He took care of not only my repair, but reaching out on my behalf to secure a rental car while my car was being repaired. There were no surprises throughout the entire process. Really appreciated his time and service. Would recommend to anyone in the area to try them out.

Not just a highly capable and knowledgeable mechanic, Sal is a good person. He cares about his business and reputation which means he cares about his customers. I highly recommend Fremont Auto Center and will be taking my BMW there for regular service going forward. They're affordable, accommodating and trust worthy. Thank you Sal.

Sal was great...

I had been taking my car to Hussain at Fremont Auto Center for long time. Few years back, it was closed down which was disappointing but to my surprise I happened to stop by and found Sal there, running the place again. I chatted with Sal and decided to drop my car for full inspection. I found Sal to be genuine and very helpful who explained the process and things that were needed to be addressed in the car. It was also nice that I recieved a detailed analysis report in my inbox for review. I am glad that this place is opened again and someone like Sal is running it.
