Best customer service there is!

They recommended many services that seemed unnecessary at the moment. After double-checking with other auto stores, we decided not to proceed with their suggestions. For example, they claimed my car would not function well after driving 500 miles without fixing all issues they suggested; however, I have driven over 10,000 miles since then without any issues after only fixing a subset of what they recommended at another auto store. I feel they exaggerated the issues, suggesting that minor problems required major replacements. I take good care of my car and prefer to find auto stores I can trust for a long-term partnership.

They provided me with a loaner car each time I brought my vehicle in and did a superb job in repairing everything that was wrong with my MINI COOP S and would highly recommend this shop.
