Fremont Auto Repair

Sal and Martin were very helpful with my 2009 VW Passat Wagon. As I know very little about cars, I got immense help and advice from them.

I have a Mercedes C300 and Fremont Auto Center is the first and only place I have visited for servicing. All my prior visits have been with the dealer and I was a little nervous when I started exploring options outside of the dealership. Have been using the services for the last 3 years and will continue to do so. Really impressed with their attention to detail and how they go about explaining the changes required. Excellent service overall. Strongly recommend to anyone with regular services/repairs.

This is the only place I will ever take my vehicles from now on. They were excellent on verbal and written communication, backed by technicians notes, photos and pricing for each concern, plus everything that was overdue for maintenance or requiring attention soon. I could easily approve or decline each item as they itemized each with clearly marked pricing for parts and labor. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional all the time. This is a great shop...don't hesitate to go there. Well worth every bit of money. My repairs were under $2500. Which I expected but had complete control over. Thank you Sal and Martin and crew!!

Ugh! There’s nothing worse than having car trouble! Thank you to the team at Fremont Auto for taking care of me the second that I walked through the doors. Special shout out to Martin for taking his time walking me through everything that they would do to my car, why and when it would be completed. I LOVE the text communication throughout the entire process. Not to mention that my car is running the best that I’ve ever driven it since I’ve gotten it. Excellent work, guys! Expect to see me again if ever I have an issue in the future!

Dad needed a last minute appointment and we needed the car finished quickly. The friendly efficient staff exceeded our expectation. The shop is spotless and they did a great job.

My 2014 BMW 328i broke down on a Sunday afternoon while visiting friends in Fremont. I really had no idea where to have it towed, but took a chance on Fremont Auto Center...and I am so glad I did. They found my car in the morning with the note I left and quickly figured out that I had a faulty fuel pump. We communicated easily via text, email, and phone as I am not from the area. When I arrived to pick up my car, they had also done a courtesy assessment of what other issues I need to be on top of in the near future even though they were aware I would probably not be coming back, although if I lived in or even near Fremont, I would.

Efficient, prompt and courteous. Excellent. Will return.
